FEASIBILITY
We will investigate on your behalf the viability of any proposed work in terms of planning & structural constraints. We will also put together an outline cost breakdown for budgetary purposes.
SCHEME DESIGNS
Using 2D detail, section, elevation & plan drawings and 3D visualisation we will work up a virtual model with interior perspectives to illustrate the proposed new scheme in detail. Using advanced rendering techniques it is possible to illustrate fitted furniture, kitchens & bathrooms, even textures & finishes. This is particularly useful for clients who have difficulty interpreting traditional 2D drawings.
SCHEDULE OF WORKS
To accompany the drawings, Quartet will draw up a comprehensive specification of all the works involved in implementing the proposed new scheme including structural, drainage, lighting, plumbing & electrical schedules. This will cover all aspects of the proposed works in exceptional detail.
This is crucial to the overall success of the project, ensuring any oversights, errors or omissions are ironed out prior to the tender process. It is crucial to avoid extras at this stage since the contractor is in a much stronger position when negotiating prices after the original project cost has been agreed.
